Introducing Clinical Tools
A growing set of tools that help physicians run their practice: paperwork, bedside decisions, patient communication, the care team and lifelong learning, in one place.

Today, we're introducing Clinical Tools in Cynaps: a growing set of tools for the work around every consultation. Each one takes a task that eats into a physician's day and does it in a few taps, from your phone or your desk. Tools roll out one at a time, each after it has been tested on web, Android and iOS.
Notes and paperwork
- Cynaps Scribe: record the consult and get a structured note you can paste into the EMR you already use.
- Visit Artifact: turns consultation notes or dictation into a structured visit summary, ready to print, translate or send.
- Discharge Summaries: turns admission notes and attachments into a complete, editable discharge document.
- Consent Generation: procedure-specific consent forms, signed on screen and archived as PDF.
- Medical Certificates: sick-leave and fitness certificates on your letterhead.
- Referral Letters: specialist referrals composed from the case, ready to share.
- Clinical Journal: a voice-first logbook of your clinical day, organised into a searchable timeline.
At the bedside
- Clinical Calculators: 40 bedside scores and formulas, computed exactly as published, with every step shown.
- Drug Interactions: screens multi-drug regimens for severe interactions before you prescribe.
- Drug Safety Screen: pharmacovigilance flags with the reason why, plus a monitoring checklist.
- Antibiotic Advisor: empiric antibiotic guidance by clinical syndrome, aligned with ICMR guidance.
- Clinical Copilot: works through complex cases with differentials, suggested work-ups and cited evidence.
Labs and diagnostics
- Lab Lens: reads uploaded lab reports into flagged, referenced values, with trends across visits.
- ECG Analysis: a systematic ECG read (rhythm, ischaemia, electrolytes) from a photo of the strip.
Patients
- Patient Education: personalised handouts in English and Indian languages, shared as a simple link.
- Telemedicine: secure video consults with a join link that needs no app or account.
- WhatsApp Delivery: summaries, reports, handouts and reminders reach patients where they already are.
The care team
- Care Collaboration: shared cases with ward rounds, tasks and SBAR handoffs.
- Physician Teams: invite colleagues into a shared queue and roster, with countersigned attribution.
Learning and research
- Journal Feed: a personalised literature feed that flags practice-changing papers, safety alerts and retractions.
- Learn & Board Prep: daily questions, spaced repetition and timed mocks for NEET PG, INI-CET and USMLE.
- Academic Case Reports: turns your clinical journal into publication-ready case reports.
- Grand Rounds: anonymised insights from real practice, shared and upvoted by peers.
Built for clinical work
Tools that compute do it in code, not with a language model. Tools that draft leave the final word to you: every certificate, letter and summary is yours to review and edit before it leaves your hands. Cynaps supports clinical decisions; it doesn't make them.
Availability
Clinical Calculators is the first, now in testing. The rest arrive one by one, and we'll announce each here when it opens.
