Microphone Not Working in Clinical Journal?

Ensure your browser (Chrome/Safari) has microphone permissions enabled for cynaps.ai. Some hospital firewalls or VDI environments (like Citrix) block audio capture by default; contact your IT administrator to allow audio passthrough.

Why do I see 'Clinical Query Rejected'?

CYNAPS features strict safety guardrails. If a query requests exact dosing schedules for dangerous off-label psychiatric medications without sufficient clinical context, the system may refuse to generate a response for patient safety.

Is CYNAPS HIPAA Compliant?

Yes. All data in transit and at rest is encrypted using AES-256. We conduct routine third-party penetration testing and maintain strict access controls. However, clinicians must still adhere to their institution's de-identification policies when entering data.

We sign BAAs with covered entities on Enterprise plans to ensure regulatory compliance.
