Create your account
Physicians register with Google or a one-time code and add their medical council registration.
Get verified
Your registration is checked against the medical council record before your account is verified.

Add your profile details and review your privacy choices.

The Help centre answers common questions, and Support puts you in touch with the Cynaps team.
Your account
Signing in, your settings, and where to find help.
Sign in
Sign in with Google or a one-time code. Cynaps is open to physicians only for now.
- Choose Sign in, then continue with Google or ask for a one-time code.
- Enter the code you receive to finish signing in.
- New to Cynaps? Register as a physician with your medical council registration.
Settings
Keep your profile, account and privacy choices in one place.
- Open your name at the bottom left, then choose Settings.
- Fill in your profile and medical registration details.
- Review your privacy choices and the devices you are signed in on.
Get Help
The built-in guide: how to start, how each part of Cynaps works, safety, privacy and common questions.
- Open your name at the bottom left, then choose Get help.
- Search for a topic or jump to a section from the shortcuts.
Support
Reach the Cynaps team when the guide does not answer your question.
- Open your name at the bottom left, then choose Support.
- Send the team a message and follow your request from the same page.
- Never include patient details in a support message.
